Selfcare Sunday Update

It’s been one week since I declared Selfcare Sunday, and I took it even further by allowing myself one hour of self care per day, at minimum. I’ve been making extra time for yoga, meditation, doing my makeup, bubble baths, and reading. The result is phenomenal! I feel GREAT! Instead of running on a half empty cup of energy like I did BC*, I’m fully fueled now, and it shows!

I find myself having more energy to clean, and to take care of my family. I’m happier. It feels so good to be alive! Where I live it was 75 degrees ☀️ today, and it felt like medicine.
